I think you were asking what Goldcorp paid for their deal with Virginia. This is what it says on the Goldcorp website.

"In March 2006, Goldcorp completed the acquisition of Virginia Gold Mines’ Eleonore project in Quebec, Canada. Goldcorp issued 19.3 million common shares and warrants pursuant to the transaction valued at total consideration of $406 million."
