SM, I can see how you wouldn't want to own a share that continually diluted its exisiting shareholders my issuing more equity without building value in the company by doing so. So I'm assuming investors might look at the amount of stock that has been issued and make an assumption that the company in question will continue in the same vein going forward, continuing to dilute. Am I understanding you correctly?
