This Wikipedia summery is very informative. IF the BIS is doing it's job, they may have called BB in to answer to the standards and principles that the US Fed is violating! This may be a hot seat time for the US Federal Reserve, as they may be called to the carpet.

There probably won't be any news release or details made public, even though the BIS is supposed to support transparency. What there will be, in my view, is some form of coordinated action involving central banks as well as IMF reserves.

Any computer sleuthers out there, please dig into this as it may be a market moving event.
