700ish is approximately the daily closing low of Nov '08; and 700ish is the current long-term uptrend line of the entire 8 year bull market. I personally don't think people use the 200 week MA which I presume is the number you referred to as the 200 dMA on the weekly chart (and which coincidentally is at 700 now).
