Dr. Dianne Garrett, CEO of Romarco Minerals, made a point on her company's website about how all of Romarco's Haile Mine property is on Private land. So it's not subject to the same Federal government restrictions faced by those companies whose properties are not private.

By the way, one big difference between Tyhee and Romarco is that Romarco has about twice and many fully diluted share as Tyhee. But who's counting?
