You got a good point with Romarco ... I just tested for the fun of it ...

Romarco shareholder equity per share 0.18 (Shareprice 0.88) as per Q1 2009

Tyhee shareholder equity per share 0.25 (shareprice 0.12) as per Q2 2009

BUT ... why the difference big difference.

One big difference is cash position

Romarco 25 M

Tyhee 2 M

(I know ther is other key numbers to calculate, but striking ... ) ...
