IMO
Tyhee is rather obviously being held down.
It doesn't cost much to do so and it's a deliberate slap in the face of one of the holder's of Tyhee stock who has publicly promoted gold as an investment.
Once this market takes off (and Tyhee may well be among the last to do so) enough volume will come in to make these shenanigans too expensive to continue. Then Tyhee will make up for lost ground.
