Richard

I can't see how getting diluted by say 10% to raise $3m to drill for another summer to add another 200 or 250k ounces, i.e. to increase the compliant resource base by 10%, adds any value to the existing shareholders. I've just a 10% smaller share of a 10% larger resource on paper. In reality, the resource was there anyway so I'm just diluted.

I would guess a trade buyer would have their own geologists look at the ground and the data etc and would be able to make a judgement that there was plenty of "Blue Sky" in the properties.

If we have to raise money they why don't we tap the existing shareholders for some cash instead of playing into the hands the investment banks and letting ourselved get shorted. It seems crazy to me. We just keep handing them gold in the ground for next to nothing. There must be a better way.

Yours

English Chris (sick of bending over and taking it...)
