Merv is definitely one of the better TAs out there. He tells it like it is - recommending buys/sells purely on technicals, with no bias. His weekly commentary is usually posted every Monday on Kitco.

His coverage universe is 160 stocks, from "quality" to pennies and outright gambles. He reviews 6 stocks every week, sometimes seniors for the conservative, but usually juniors/penny stocks. And he maintains a recommended list, updated every week. TDC is currently on his recommended list.
