Baires, in answer to your question:

150% was a P&F projection, which typically projects price only, without time. But when Merv recommends a stock with a 100% or more potential, it is usually in his "intermediate" time frame, roughly 4-8 months.

His TDC chart shows a subsequent P&F target (should this one be met) to $0.90.
