Actually, my memory is spot on. IF you refer to the financial report (it's on the tyhee website) for the 2nd qtr in 2006 it states on page 1 ... 1 million ounces M&I and 2.75 inferred. In addition on page 11 it states 158 million shares fully diluted. This compares to 257 fully diluted today. You do the math.
