The Pre-Feasibility Study should be completed by June, but when do we get to see it?

That's essentially what I asked Dave Webb this morning.

What he told me was that it's difficult to say exactly when. Tyhee will be given a draft of the report, but it'll be without an economic analysis. They [Tyhee] would then review it on a technical basis, checking for errors. Following that, it'll go to a third party (independent senior engineer) for a review and search for any "fatal flaws". If that goes well, Tyhee would approve its form and substance, while the independent engineers work to complete the economic analysis.

When Tyhee is sure that there won't be any changes in substance, the PSF would be announced.

(The NI 43-101 allows for a 45 day period between announcing the results, and the filing of those results.)

Dave said, that if all goes well, then there would be a 2 to 3 week lapse between when Tyhee first sees the report and its release.

But, there’s always the possibility of a delay should there be a major issue that needs resolution. On the bright side, most of the same folks that completed the Preliminary Assessment Study (aka Scoping Study) in 2008 are working on the PFS, so he doesn't expect any major issues.

Cheers,

Baires
