You Raise A Very Interesting Question:
When doing Business as usual, Are They Liars?
My point is, that when you read such consistent scheduling (see below) that Tyhee has published since November 2009 (including the Nov. '09 FSN interview with Webb and Puplava), there is a certain expectation set for when we get the Pre-Feasibility Study.
When we are led to believe something so specific and clear will happen, and it dose not (in this case by next week), then the least we should do is to question management's competency. If it's not a question of competency, then I think we should ask whether or not we’ve been lied to.
12/23/09 - PFS " Results should be available within 6 months"
01/27/10 - "PFS due sometime in Q2 of this year"
02/16/10 - "will be coompleted by end of June 2010"
03/16/10 - "Expectecd to be finished within three to four months"
04/19/10 - "within the next six to eight weeks"
05/19/10 - "within the next month"
06/15/10 - "progressing normally and is scheduled to be received in the next few weeks"
