Separately, TDC.V was sold off in many dozens of consecutive 500 share lots at the bid .15, while the ask was .155. Looks to me like 2 parties were moving shares from one to the other at a pre arranged price (.15). This will pass. That prediction is further verified by the ask suddenly jumping to .17 at the very close after being at .155 all afternoon.
