My yesterday purchase of TYHJF was allowed.
Further I was allowed to place a sell order on these shares, whereas I was not able to place a sell order on the TYHJF# shares.
So I (and I assume everyone else can do the same) can still buy and sell TYHJF but only if they are selling shares that were bought since we had the odd interruption in our accounts.
It appears to me that the purpose of what took place was to put a marker in time into our accounts and that the shares involved at that moment are temporarily frozen.
As to why that marker in time was desired, I have no idea. Use your own imagination.
