IMO the only reason for Tyhee's current valuation is that "the market" does not believe Tyhee will be able to stick it out financially through production. More simply put, "the market" does not believe Tyhee will build a mine.
Furthermore, "the market" is pricing in a failure of Tyhee to "partner up" or even to be acquired at a reasonable valuation. In short, "the market" is acting as if management were buffoons who will fail miserably in establishing appropriate shareholder value.
Let me stress this is not my opinion. My opinion is that any success at all is NOT baked into the cake, so that a little success would go a long way stockprice-wise. And a lot of success, well.......
