It's still so difficult to imagine that JP could be referring to Tyhee, as Jim had exclaimed for nearly four years that "Tyhee's management is super", its discoveries spectacular", and its long-term plan to go into production with a central mill surrounded by numbers nearby mines, as having "enormous potential". Jim was ecstatic!
In a Q-line call I made several years ago, Jim even defended the idea that issuing more shares was not a negative, provided the company added more resources and value to its bottom line.
What changed?
He was publicly bullish on Tyhee until last Spring. Then suddenly, his sentiment seemed to turn on a dime. His views on Tyhee made a complete 180.
Maybe someday Dave will reveal what really happened behind the scenes. I've asked Jim, but never got a response.
It's sad that Jim withdrew his support for Tyhee, even sadder if what he's said over the last year was indeed directed toward Tyhee as it was so negative and wrong. Nonetheless, I feel much more comfortable having the support of a two and a half billion dollar managed fund promoting Tyhee, than one that manages $390M.
Que tenga buen dia, hasta luego,
