(News!!! DTC indicates matter may be resolved as soon as next week, according to TD Ameritrade's letter to me yesterday.)

But, despite this uplifting message, I still feel I'm in some sort of fog about what the heck is really going on. So, perhaps a letter like this should help clear things up?

Dear TD Ameritrade,

Thanks for your letter yesterday.

Although it was very welcomed and reassuring, it ignored why those shares are already trading by "certain" people under the pink sheet symbol. There is still no explanation of why this issue cropped up recently and if or why it will go away.
