It seem sobvious to me. There will be a PP. Those who will participate are the same people who participated at 10 cents before. They can sell up to 60 million shares to generate cash, even at less than 10 cents. Then they partipate in a new PP, say for $5 million, and reinvest at what, 10 cents. They win because they took some profits by selling some shares at 15, 14, 13 on down. But they also keep all those share purchase warants at 15 cents or so, and get a new bag of shares and warrants from the next PP.

And this does not upset me at all. They open the door for small investors like us to gobble up shares at 10 cents. This in effect allows us to be the new money that goes into the private placement (minus the warrants). I am getting shares that should right now be closer to $1.00 for 10 cents. That's fine by me, except that I don't have any extra cash today.

Supposing they do a PP in the next month and raise about $5 million, that takes us to permit and ful feas completed. Ultimately, when this cycle of PP-sell-PP-sell is completed, they will STOP selling shares altogether, and recommend Tyhee to their clients, even as it rises well over $1.00 and beyond.

That's my opinion about that.
