Pepi, heck if I know. I just presume that it is one thing to have enough money to get to those key benchmarks, but to be an ongoing conern the company has to have gas in the tank when they arrive at the destination.
To arrive at Ful Feas and permit with no drills turning, not that much money in the bank to fund promotional events, and not a lot of cash to pay ongoing commitments would not be smarlt. They have to have a war chest going forward into mid-late 2012 to pay leases, mineral claims, rent a larger office space in Vancouver (I believe this day must come) and open an office to open in YK etc. Also, there could be additional costs due to Information Requests and other emerging requirments in this permit process. The company has to be able to focus resources on solving any such issues as they arise.
So I assume that they will need money this winter. If they do, and raise a few million, say $5 million, then who knows what they could put up the ice road this March / April. Maybe a few useful pieces of heavy equpment that could be needed for preconstruction activities that could take place next fall after the GO decision. As you know, after March 2012, no heavy equpment can get to the mine site until Feb 2013, which I suppose is the soonest construction could start.
A perfect world would see Tyhee have at least a few key pieces of heavy equpment for site prep in place for those pre-construction activities that could conceiveable start this time next year. Such as another (or first) excavator to go with the loader now there, a solid tandem axel or larger dump truck for moving materials, and so on.
