Hi Ron: The right question in law is, have they ever violated their fiduciary duty. I understand you are not accusing management of that, but that is a totally different question from asking whether the interests of management objectively coincide with those of shareholders in all circumstances. No they don't but in this case I personally think management has gone above and beyond their fiduciary duty to shareholders in law. I have high expectations that they will succeed in their plans and that shareholders will hold a solid equity share in the outcomes of their strategy. Management has a lot at stake besides their equity in this case. Ike
