Basically nothing if you are a junior. An exploration / development junior's market value reflects the confidence that a company will 1) sell their asset at a premium over what it took to develop the property 2) bring their asset into production that will generate cash flows that earn above the cost of capital

Nothing else nothing more. You are equating a company with cash flow and earnings to a company that by its very nature will never show earnings for its shareholder. That is not an equal comparison at all.
