Old School, Your Option 5 would an offshoot to my Option 3, i.e, Tyhee/Sutter gets purchased, and yada yada yada...But then there's the nervous unanswered question of, "how long will RMB refrain from making it's very first foreclosure?" and foreclose on Tyhee?....I don't know, but that would seem to create some time pressure. Pressure that could limit Tyhee's options.
