RMB may not be in a position to foreclose on Tyhee in a manner to maximize the liquidation value of Tyhee's assets. Bad for RMB, but good for us as Tyhee shareholders.

It's possible that foreclosing on Tyhee is not as easy for RMB as a bank foreclosing on a mortgaged house. With the mortgaged house, the bank likely has a REO portfolio. The bank likely has experience in determining comparables and competence in determining fair market value and in selling the foreclosed property.

With Tyhee's gold deposits (and lack of an operational mine), does RMB have the experience and competence to determine comps and fair market value? Even if it does, would RMB only get pennies on the dollar at a foreclosure sale? It is possible that RMB is not in a strong position relative to Tyhee. If so, then Tyhee may have time to play with, i.e., to wait for the right pitch.

Doing my best to look on the bright side, I am
