The part where the Supreme court accepted the receiver selling selling/awarding tdc's assets to debtors says alot. So there really is no chance for shareholders, actually there aren't any shareholders anymore. So anyone trying to make a deal would have to be buying the assets back off the company that was awarded the assets. Then start things all over with a new name but the some of the same assets. That would mean nothing for our shares so baires there is no chance of anything happening.
