I have talked to lawyers and retired judges, there is nothing left and hasn't been for awhile. Actually don't need to talk to anyone but follow the supreme court ruling and why baires thinks there is anything else is beyond me. I guess the same reasoning that he has used the last 10 years. I am pissed and more upset about the blatant pumping than anything else. The fact that baires has now upped the anty by saying there are 2 people working on this is the same strategy he used when pumping. As soon as it getting boring add some more hype, say what you said before but add another person or a few more companies names to make it sound better.

All i can see him doing is waiting for the debtor to sell off one of the properties to someone and then he will be calling that a success.

The fact is if dave webb bought part of the property back it means nothing to us unless you buy shares in the new compnay just like you could in a 1000 other ones. All the money we spent on our shares is gone and won't be coming back no matter what baires says.

Why he would keep up the rhetoric is beyond me, he cant be talking to anyone cuz there is no one at all anywhere that can get our money back. period.

There are no insiders cuz there is no company.
