The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the documentation relating to an agreement dated March 19, 2008, between 9121-2589 Quebec Inc. (the vendor) and Typhoon Exploration Inc., whereby Typhoon has acquired a 100-per-cent interest in 57 claims located in the Havre Saint-Pierre area of Quebec. Pursuant to the agreement, Typhoon is required to issue 950,000 shares and pay $6,000 in cash upon signing of the agreement.

The vendor will remain with a 2-per-cent gross overriding royalty in the event of the bringing in production of a diamond deposit, of which 1 per cent can be purchased for $3-million. The vendor will also remain with a 2-per-cent net smelter return royalty in the event of the bringing in production of other metals, of which 1 per cent can be purchased for $1.5-million.
