It is my belief that the CEO to CEO negotiations were with a different entity.  That was who Jeff presented to their BOD when he was in China for that big conference.  That company has certainly not stepped forward and is probably still a possibility.  Signing with Future Tech may put some urgency to the situation with other possible partners or even suitors.  Maybe not as long as a year, but if signed in September as planned, maybe within 6 to 8 months from then.
