I do not want the deal to fall through.  Unxl HAS the expertise and the patented technology, Future Tech has the large scale production and manufacturing capabilities that Unxl needs.  It is not like Unxl chose between Samsung, Corning, or Future Tech, they are pushing the company forward as best they can with a company that has expressed the desire to work with them.  If the deal falls through, it decreases Unxl's leverage with other potential partners.  These deals are not exclusive, making a deal with Future Tech does not preclude Unxl from signing partnership deals with others in the future.
