Will Japan fears reawaken local attitudes towards Uranium mining? Or as long as no actual nuclear plant goes up, will it be a non-starter? I would think the latter.

French statements over last 24 hours confirm they are still 100% behind nuclear. I believe France gets 75% of power from Nuclear, so no choice in any event.
