Mr. Ian Telfer

Non-executive Chairman

Mr. Telfer has over 20 years experience in the mining industry and was the former Non-executive Chairman of UrAsia Energy Ltd. He is currently the Chairman of Goldcorp Inc., one of the world’s largest gold mining companies (and was the former President and Chief Executive Officer of Goldcorp). Mr. Telfer was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Wheaton River Minerals from 2002 until its merger with Goldcorp in 2005. He was also a founding director of TVX Gold, where he served as its President and Chief Executive Officer for ten years. Mr. Telfer has also held positions as a Director of Lihir Gold and as President and Chief Executive Officer of Vengold.

Mr. Jean Nortier

President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Nortier was appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer and director of Uranium One in August 2008. Jean has been with Uranium One since 2003 and has served as Chief Financial Officer as well as Executive Vice President, Business Development. He is the former Chairman of Aflease Gold Ltd., and has also served as Group Financial Executive for TBB Holdings Group, and as CEO of the Sovereign Group. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Stellenbosch University in South Africa and is an accredited Chartered Accountant.

Mr. Andrew Adams

Non-executive Director

Mr. Adams is a member of the United Kingdom’s Institute of Chartered Accountants having held senior management positions with the Anglo American group of companies and, most recently, with Aber Diamond Corporation as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 1999 to 2003. Mr. Adams currently serves as a non-executive director First Quantum Minerals

Dr. Massimo Carello

Non-executive Director

Dr. Carello has over 30 years of international senior management and Director level experience. Dr. Carello has been a former Chairman and CEO of Fiat UK (1990 - 2001) and Diners Club UK (2001 - 2004). Currently he is an International Adviser to Aksia Group Spa.

Mr. David Hodgson

Non-Executive Director

Prior to his appointment to the position of Acting Chief Operating Officer in February 2008, Mr. Hodgson was employed by the Anglo American and De Beers group of companies for over 30 years. From November 2001 through to his retirement in April 2005, Mr. Hodgson served as Chief Operating Officer for Anglogold Ashanti with responsibility for overseeing the production of approximately 6 million ounces of gold production per annum from a total of 22 operations. He is also a non-executive director of Moto Gold Mines.

Mr. Terry Rosenberg

Non-executive Director

Mr. Rosenberg has over 35 years of business and consulting experience. From 1980 to 1988, Mr. Rosenberg was an International Partner with Anderson Consulting with worldwide responsibility for the firm’s mining practice and Managing Partner, South Africa from 1988 to 1989. From 1989 to 1992, he was Chairman of Prefcor Holdings Limited, a retail business with more than 500 stores. During the period from 1992 to 1998, he was Chief Executive Officer and Deputy Chairman of McCarthy Retail, a large South African conglomerate as well as a non-executive director for five public companies, including Anglo American Industrial Corp. Since 1998, Mr. Rosenberg has been the Chairman of Oakbrook Investments, an investment company with interests in financial property and the mining sector. He is also currently Chairman of SA Bioproducts.

Mr. Phillip Shirvington

Non-executive Director

Mr. Shirvington was the previous President and Chief Executive Officer of UrAsia Energy Ltd. He has over 40 years experience in the nuclear / uranium business including six years as Managing Director of Energy Resources of Australia Ltd. (ERA), the third largest uranium producer in the world and the largest uranium producer in Australia. Phillip oversaw the expansion of ERA through construction and start-up of the Ranger-3 mine and the doubling of capacity at the mill and processing plant. Phillip has been involved in the uranium business in Kazakhstan since 1992, when he served as General Manager, Marketing for ERA. Prior to joining ERA in 1980 he was a nuclear scientist and First Secretary Atomic Energy at the Australian Embassy in Washington, D.C.

Mr. Mark Wheatley

Non-executive Director

Mr. Wheatley served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Southern Cross Resources Inc. from September 2003 to December 2005. Mr. Wheatley has over 25 years experience in the global resources industry. Prior to September 2003, Mr. Wheatley served in a variety of management and executive positions at AurionGold Limited, Goldfields Limited, Bankers Trust Australia and BHP. He is currently the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Australian-listed BMA Gold Limited.

Mr. Ken Williamson

Non-executive Director

Mr. Williamson is a registered professional engineer. Mr. Williamson has over 25 years experience as an investment banker in various management and executive positions within Merrill Lynch Canada and predecessor companies. He is currently a director of several other TSX-listed companies, including Quadra Mining and BioteQ Environmental Technologies.
