Message: Looks like even management is swing trading
Nobody can know at present where we are going, but the "risk/reward' looks compelling . That is principally because this management is very technically competent and focused in geology and got into N. Man. relatively early. N.Man is really quite underexplored and underdeveloped and there is every likelihood of a major/significant Cu, Ni, or Zn. resource(s) being found in the next couple of years. Hope Reed turns into a big copper hit since the long term prognosis for copper demand is exceptional. Nothing wrong with Zn and nickel, but you become a little more dependent on having a consolidator wanting the property. These are early days for N.Man. resurgence, but we will see deals within the next couple years as bigger guys figure out how to put critical mass together. Keep an eye on HBM, WSA, NI, INI, MUM and MAR for a few. NI's Minago may be a barn burner. Early days ! The credit crunch has set the juniors all back by 1-2 years, not because of poor demand, but because it has enabled those big guys (BHP, RIO, eg) who have mega cash to cherry pick the best resource jrs. in a limited takeover market. We may see more explosive demand in the next couple years from the HBM's and the WSA's . There are many other players entering the Man. arena. The real test of the smaller plays such as VMS will be how even-handedly they deal with the smaller shareholders, VMS to date has been very good with this forum and comprehensive news.
