My Dad was a somewhat famous Canadian exploration mining engineer/bush pilot (Cominco). I worked as a summer student on drill rigs and watched the cores coming out of the ground and the curses as diamond bits got stuck in the hole. I enjoy playing with a small stash in small mining cap space. Nothing like it --very exciting! Certainly way better than horse races or the lottery!
