However, mark me down as still suspicious of "spin offs" increasing share holder value. (check out Harvest Gold since spinoff) If it results in quickly grabbing finance and mounting a good nickel drilling program then maybe. Otherwise, its just the bankers, brokers and insiders that are benefiting and the spin off process itself costs the current company money.

VMS has mobilized well with the current effort so I'll be cautiously optimistic. (I don't trust the bankers...)
