Dear VMS Followers,

We have decided to withdraw from the Agoracom online conference announced last week.

I want to thank Agoracom for the invite, but the particular timing of this event has made it very difficult to prepare a presentation that provides our shareholders with the key updates they are most anxious to hear. Our Vancouver office has been focused on preparing for today’s AGM and the Manitoba team is in the middle of the Tower Zone Drill program, so our attention has been elsewhere.

But, more importantly, and as I think you are aware, we are restricted as to what we can say about any drill program, in progress. We are also limited in what we can say regarding our discussions with HudBay Minerals. Therefore, I feel the key Q and A component in the conference, which I was looking forward to, would be frustrating for us and you, if “I’m not able to comment” is my only answer to these key questions.

I do want you to know we are preparing our 2010 budget and exploration plans. It calls for a very busy year and I’m looking forward to making that announcement soon, and, I hope we will be able to address the two issues mentioned above, at that time.
