I suspect a major part of the lack of drilling over the last year was that this agreement was in progress and why spend VMS dollars when you can spend HB dollars?

What was unexpected was the management turmoil at HB that undoubtedly gave major headaches to VMS as far as getting this done. It still has to be signed but looks positive that HB has their act more together now.

After signing more drills will move in. I hope this news brings enough new investors to get us into the 40s and beyond soon...
