We are at the month mark. As I understand from a conversation earlier today, Ventana is in the process of mailing out a form to shareholders of note - one presumes this will give shareholders the opportunity to vote on existing offer. More importantly, it should also have a statement from the company (or perhaps shortly a public announcement) as to their recommendations about the situation.
