Mr. Warke has more than 20 years experience in corporate finance, administration and marketing in the resource sector. He is the founder of Augusta Resource Corporation and has been involved in raising several hundred million in equity for resource companies

Clark

Donald Clark

President and Director

Mr. Clark spent 28 years in the Canadian banking industry, engaged in all aspects of retail and commercial banking. His last position was as Manager of a commercial branch where he had full responsibility for development, marketing, growth, portfolio management of commercial loans and deposits, dealing with a wide range of industrial, commercial, natural resource and individual clientele. He was also ultimately responsible for administration of the branch. Following this, Mr. Clark spent three years as Chief Executive Officer of a publicly traded manufacturing company. Prior to joining the Augusta Group of companies in 1994, he spent five years as President and Chief Operating Officer of a niche merchant banking operation engaged in investment in companies they assisted to become publicly traded.

Mr. Clark was engaged in the analysis, acquisition/investment and monitoring of these companies, as well as the day-to-day supervision of the merchant bank operation. Mr. Clark is also a director of Augusta Resource Corporation and Wildcat Silver Corporation.

Susan

Susan Rubin

Chief Financial Officer

Susan Rubin is a Chartered Accountant registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of B.C., with more than 20 years financial, consulting and operational experience. Ms. Rubin has worked as Corporate Controller for a number of public companies in the high-tech, biotech and oil and gas industries, and is a member of Financial Executives International.

Lehmann

Jon Lehmann

Vice President, Exploration

Mr. Lehmann has a B.Sc in Geology and is a Licensed Professional Geologist with over 28 years of international industry experience in the U.S., Mexico, Central and South America. Mr. Lehmann has been involved with the exploration scene in Colombia since 1993, when he first visited the California-Vetas district, and has since developed an extensive network of contacts and knowledge of the country.

Prior working with Ventana Gold Corp., Mr. Lehmann was a Consulting Geologist assisting companies with property acquisitions and technical evaluations in Mexico, Colombia and Chile. Prior to this, he was President of an Environmental Engineering and Consulting firm responsible for company administration, environmental assessments, remediation and permitting assistance for a variety of private and public companies, lending institutions and government agencies.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Lehmann worked as the General Manager – Northern Andes for Minera Andes Inc. in Colombia evaluating the geologic framework, gold and copper occurrences, the operating environment and acquiring strategic land positions including acquiring the first private rights to the Mocoa copper-molybdenum porphyry deposit. Prior to this he worked for Cyprus-Amax in Central America and directed the exploration work through final feasibility for the Cerro Quema gold deposit in Panama. From 1990 to 1992 he was the Exploration Manager for Inland Gold and Silver responsible for geologic evaluation of property acquisitions and successfully extended the mineable reserves at the company’s Toiyabe gold mine in the Cortez trend.

Mr. Lehmann’s career began in 1976 with the minerals department of Conoco on a uranium sampling crew progressing to project geologist. He worked for Cyprus Minerals until 1990 doing regional reconnaissance and managing a variety of precious and base metal projects in Nevada.

Frias

Stella Frias

Manager, Administration & Community Relations

Stella Frias is native to Colombia, and has worked on the ground in the Latin American mining scene for more than 20 years. With extensive knowledge of South American communities, she began her career by creating her own private company to consult in a number of small mining districts throughout Venezuela and Guyana.

In 1993, Gold Reserve de Venezuela (a subsidiary of Gold Reserve Inc.) appointed Mrs. Frias as Camp Administrator at the Brisas del Cuyuni project in Venezuela. In this role she was responsible for running administration services, developing policies, plans and procedures for human resources, leading the exploration camp construction project, and establishing a platform for a sustainable community relations program. During this time she also volunteered to participate in the proposed “Los Rojas” project, aimed at implementing a community conflict resolution for Placer Dome’s Las Cristinas gold project.

Mrs. Frias left her role with Gold Reserve in 1996 to pursue an opportunity in Argentina. She began working with the NOA Foundation in Catamarca, where she was an advisor on projects relating to community development with foreign mining companies. Two years later she moved back to Colombia, and spent the following three years in various roles with Greystar Resources, Terramundo Drilling, Minera Providencia (Colombian subsidiary of Minera Andes), and Revemin II CA (Venezuelan subsidiary of Crystallex International). During this time period, Mrs. Frias gained recognition as a community leader as part of a team that planned, proposed and implemented the “Esquemas de Ordenamiento Territorial” for the California-Vetas mining district.

After completing the Midland College Business Administration Program, Mrs. Frias was hired by Comcorp Ventures Inc. to negotiate rights to the La Bodega property in the California-Vetas mining district in 2005. After nearly a year of dialogue, Mrs. Frias was successful in gaining rights to the property in early 2006. She remains an active participant in local and global mining events in her current role as Manager, Administration and Community Relations with Ventana Gold Corp.

Meghan Brown

Manager, Investor Relations & Corporate Communications

Meghan Brown has more than 15 years experience in communications and investor relations in the mining and energy sectors, and has worked with a wide range of small to large cap companies including Suncor, TransCanada, Placer Dome, Southwestern Resources, Lake Shore Gold, and recently Zincore Metals. Ms. Brown has a Bachelor of Arts fromthe University of British Columbiaand an MBA from Queen’s University.

Tookie

R. Stuart (Tookie) Angus

Director

Tookie Angus is an independent business advisor to the mining industry. He was most recently Managing Director - Mergers & Acquisitions for Endeavour Financial. Prior to joining Endeavour Financial, he was a partner at the Canadian law firm Fasken Martineau DuMoulin and headed that firm's Global Mining Group. For over 25 years, Mr. Angus has focused on significant international exploration, development and mining ventures, and all aspects of their structuring and finance.

Mr. Angus is also a director of Nevsun Resources Ltd., Bema Gold Corporation and Plutonic Power Corporation. He was a director of First Quantum Minerals Ltd. until June 2005 and resigned as a director of Canico Resource Corp.upon completion of a takeover by CVRD. He was Chairman of the Board of BC Sugar Refinery Limited.

Smallwood

Randy Smallwood

Director

Mr. Smallwood is Executive Vice President of Corporate Development for Silver Wheaton Corp. He was part of the founding team for Silver Wheaton in 2004, and since 2007 has been primarily focused on growing Silver Wheaton into the largest pure-silver mining company in the world. Prior to 2007, Mr. Smallwood was Director of Project Development for both Silver Wheaton and Goldcorp/Wheaton River Minerals. In this role he was responsible for all project evaluations through a six-year period of acquisitions and corporate mergers, ultimately building Goldcorp into the one of the largest gold companies in the world. Earlier in his career Mr. Smallwood also worked with Homestake Mining Company, Teck Corp. and Westmin Resources. He holds a geological engineering degree from the University of British Columbia.

Steeves

Michael A. Steeves

Director

Mr. Steeves currently serves as President and COO of Zazu Metals Corporation in Vancouver. He has more than 35 years experience in the mining industry as a geologist, financial analyst and corporate executive. Prior to joining Zazu Metals, Mike was employed as Vice President, Investor Relations for Glamis Gold and held comparable positions with Coeur D'Alene Mines and Homestake Mining. He also serves as Director for Augusta Resource Corporation and Wildcat Silver Corporation.
