This acquisition of FRG could create another area play rally for Nevada gold exploration companies like we saw a few years ago when Robert McEwan, former President and CEO at Gold Corp, went on a major acquisition strategy of acquiring Nevada exploration companies. I have mentioned on many occasions, most of the major gold producers are not finding enough new gold to replace the gold they are selling every year. The bull market in gold bullion has created huge cash flows for the major gold producing companies - cash flows that will be used to acquire junior gold exploration companies that are nearing gold production. IMO, we will see many more acquisitions of Nevada exploration companies that are nearing actual production. As Victoria Gold gets closer to actual production, it may become a sitting duck for a major to acquire us. Lets hope, that if this happens, our stock is a lot higher than its current undervalued price.
