Launching his first company, iFlurtz, out of his dorm room at the age of 19, Victory Square CEO Shafin Diamond Tejani has gone on to launch over 40 startups in 21 different countries. Employing more than 350 people and generating over $100 million in annual revenues through our Living Labs.

Shafin took the next step in launching Victory Square Technologies in 2015. Victory Square was developed to fund early-stage startups and entrepreneurs who have gone through our Living Labs, and start-up incubators like Launch Academy, as well as through global startup partners focused on sports, entertainment, & health technologies.

Through Victory Square, Tejani has become one of Canada’s leading advocates of venture philanthropy. Through VST, Shafin and his team have donated over 7,500 volunteer hours, helped raise over $75 million for school programs and community organizations, and awarded over $250,000 in scholarships.

Peter Smyrniotis is a director of Victory Square Technologies and CEO of Vancouver based Blockchain Assembly, a Victory Square Technologies portfolio company.

An entrepreneur, investor and consultant, he has more than 25 years experience in the technology industry, having developed skills, competencies and expertise in a number of areas and industries, both private and public.

These include blockchain technologies and services, enterprise software and hardware, security, gaming, payment processing, e-commerce, business development, strategic sales, channel & partnership, cloud brokerages, and augmented reality.

Furthermore, Mr. Smyrniotis is actively involved in the technology sector, advising companies on sustainable growth and scaling commercialization activities.
