Just to clarify for everyone - It is not I that choose to 'respect' or 'disrespect' posts. In general, it is other members of this board that report a post that they believe has contravened one or more of Agora's 6 rules. I have to act on such a complaint as the hub leader. When I am informed that a complaint has been made - I can choose to:

1) ignore the violation (which I can only do if the post does not contravene the rules)

2) warn the poster (which is one of the two choices I have if there is a rule violation)

3) ban the poster (which is one of the two choices I have if there is a rule violation, or repeated rule violations)

Therefore, the respect has to come from the poster - a respect to follow the simple rules that Agora provides. These rules are in place to keep the discussion as civilized and objective as possible. I encourage everyone to contribute in this way. This resource is only as useful as we make it.
