It seems to me that the interest and action on the Rice Lake Greenbelt is accelerating - as SGR expands its operation, there is more and more interest in the neighbouring properties. Of all the neighbours, Wildcat's Jeep property has the most promise to amount to something substantial, IMO. WEL is actively working on it - more than can be said for most of the others. JMHO.
