WEL as the others don't need to over dilute or spend much until San really gets noticed. San is playing itself out well and all we have to do is wait. Matter of time before San becomes a giant and we are it's followers. Multiples in return favor us at the moment. He who does not over dilute wins the race in the end.... WEL does not seem to have that problem at the moment and the JEEP property is the wildcard to kick butt with.... I honestly think it's another hinge like discovery (maybe better) waiting to be unleashed by the CAT. IMO
