i doubt that Wayne would be able to say anything as it might tip WEL's hand.

Unfortuanately, this could get nasty if WEL were to terminate the deal based on inactivity on SKP's part.

I wouldn't want to talk to anyone about this either and you shouldn't be so discouraged by what may become a legal action. One shouldn't expose their flaws to the enemy if they don't want them to be exploited. unless it is to bait them into a trap.

WEL has just had their own legal troubles and if I am correct, there is no final settlement with the ex CEO at this time. I wouldn't want to be getting involved in something that may bleed the company at the wrong time.

Litigation is a nasty business.
