The work obligation of SKP's part is to keep the claims current... this would be a breah of the agreement if WEL had to back in and provide funds to do sufficent work.... SKP has had almost 2 years to undertake the work.... has had a 13 month extension.... They now have sufficent cash to undertake this obligation... and if they intended to do so it should have been specified in the terms of the recently completed PP by SKP.... I didn't see any specific indication of where SKP intends to spend this $7 million in their news releases.

This statement on the SKP NR is insufficent :

The corporation intends to use the net proceeds for exploration of its mineral properties. Expenditures from the flow-through common shares will constitute Canadian exploration expenses (as defined in the Income Tax Act) and renounced for the 2009 taxation year.
