The last news from the co. was on Sept 11,07. We've had no official news since. Meanwhile, MRS has suspended the shares from trading. We are owed a NR, not reponses from IR ( thanks, Nazima, if you are reading this) - a brief release would suffice, just a note that "everything" is a o.k.  and "business is moving forward".  How about one this week, Mr. Foley?  May be I can write one for you?
