Well if IR says they sent in a clarification NR I would think that it was done. Cant see why Foley would allow them to say that if in fact that it wasnt. From what I have heard Foley was told that all was in order and that he was free to leave for Dubai. I am sure that he did not know that BCSC was investigating Anwar. Again if there is and was an investigation underway, the authorities would not be telling Foley anything until it was official. That is probably why MRS was stonewalling. They probably knew but had to use another excuse as to why it was still under halt.
