As for Mr. Foley, it will be better for him. It will force his hand to do two things. 1. Concide to the cnr, and do a retraction for now. 2. Hold his cards close to him and bring some form of financing documentation (What ever it may be). 3. Bring a deal forth, and MRS will accept it as is and start trading.
