tsx; latest bs doesnt cut the mustard

The latest sorrya*s reason for blocking the resumption of trading  once again exemplifies the tsx/mrs belief that they are immune and not responsible to the shareholders. If this is true, that they are examining the trades as an official reason..................horsesh*t

Indignent to our intelligence, this one is for sure. After the stall on a CNR, then lack of cooperation and another further rewording '''cut the crap. As a general rule when a stock is halted  the exchange, [be it surveillance or BCSC or whichever regulator has to put thier name on the official reason, which im sure is signed reluctanly on wwf] asks the member firms securities cages  to 'pull the blotter' for the stock in question.

this is also  usually done on issues with  significant price/volume  changes routinely. A stock like wwf was most likely looked at prior to a halt.Doesnt it make sense. The day it traded over 5 million in an hour and a half period[after an abrupt announcement by tsx that resumption would start at 1130]  might cause a curt glance. This from an issue up 500% and an average volume of what?100000 previously........ think they werent watching? especially with the Badshah watch in play by mrs and/or ????.It strikes me that an ongoing investigation of Badshah was most likely in process by authorities who monitered the stocks he as active in daily With the charges brought against him, think thy mighthave a peek at his pssible trading before now in wwf???DUH?????////

No way that someone hadnt looked.NO WAY

a subpoenia delivered to cage managers would straighten out the answer re any inquiries from tsx prior to now,dec14

Nope. Didnt think of it they would have us believe.........Duh?

And in the subsequent 5 months no one thought of it?????

Think about it.....NO WAY

Lo and behold this  fable surfaces  when a further extentsion is needed because the co has not signed a deal and therefor no cob can be stapled to a sustained halt

You got it....from the mrs excuse book ...#12...possible  irregular trades, or possible something or other.

POSSIBLE

This is the junior markets....anything is possible...possible in major markets too. Dont see Teck-Cominco halted for huge price gyrations do you?Insiders could be buying/ selling. More than possible, probable

I only see one company  halted for this. there is no other reason stated.possible insider trading....possible

Maybe head investigator  Rod Younger should read a David Baines story for a bigger list of possibilities.Thats if he has time after taking instructions??????? Mr baines column can dizzy the mind with possibles

The smokescreen presented this time illuminates  that the tsx just doesnt want wwf to trade under present circumstance. Why?  The truth may never be known. Shareholders would be happy if tsx just said it and not leave us in our tormented state. 'Trading in WWf will not resume until march,2008" NO reason given. Put us out of our daily misery.

.Excuse #12 doesnt hold up under any scrutiny. It just doesnt jive with reality.  It is an obvious fabrication, and not well thought out i may say. Given the shareholder interest and contact with Mr Younger, i find it unthinkable he would expect us to swallow this  most recent stall tactic

If the tsx investigation itself had thier panties down under the planetarium size microscope they have subjected wwf to....i wonder what may surface.Fair is fair after all.

Possibilities....incompetence...political interference..prejudice...??? among a list of oher things POSSIBLE. An independent investigation launched by RCMP or SOB should be persued  if this ludicrous and illegal position continues

one mans opinion

Just me looking for a level playing field
