I have to be completely honest... to me it sounds like there was definitely something not quite right about the issuing of this license... and I'm not saying anything on Winfield's part, but definitely someone didn't follow the proper procedures, and that's never a good thing when you're talking about billions dollar deals. That's my opinion. Anyone else have any thoughts on that release?
